This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality hardware products. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers. Design, develop, and test PCBs and PCBAs with a focus on quality and manufacturability. Oversee schematic design, layout, and component selection. Manage hardware projects from concept to production. Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams. Drive process improvement and adopt new hardware technologies. Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. Requirements 5+ years in hardware engineering (PCB design/fabrication). 2+ years in management or technical leadership. Experience with PCBA testing (functional, ICT, boundary scan).
