Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Executive Director to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn's! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently, check us out and join our team today!
Shifts Available: Full Time Monday -Friday, MOD
Wage: $80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience.

In this position, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives.
