The People Strategist serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business strategy into people strategies that drive organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term growth. This role operates as a thought partner, coach, and change leader, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Required: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience. Executive-level HR Business Partner experience. Strong business acumen and organizational design expertise. Exceptional judgment and executive presence. Deep knowledge of US employment law.
• Preferred: Experience in complex or regulated environments. Global or distributed workforce exposure. Advanced degree and SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.

Salary Range- $119,000- $155,000
