Marketing Research & Analysis
Conduct marketing research to support strategic marketing initiatives and campaign planning
Assist in identifying marketing needs and opportunities for academic program pages
Conduct competitive analysis of peer institutions and similar academic programs to identify trends, positioning and messaging strategies
Compile research findings and insights for the marketing team to inform future initiatives
Website & Content Review
Review Quinnipiac University websites and subsites to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with university messaging
Assist with website audits to identify outdated content, inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement
Support the marketing team in maintaining consistency across academic program pages and digital content
Marketing Materials Support
Assist with the development of noncreative services materials such as information session one-sheeters, PowerPoint presentations and informational graphics
Support updates to existing marketing materials when program information changes
Additional Marketing Projects
Provide general marketing support on special projects as needed
Assist with organization of marketing research, documentation and program information
Support the marketing team on additional initiatives as time allows
Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy and consistency
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently while contributing to team initiatives
Interest in marketing, communications or higher education marketing
Proficiency in Canva is required, including experience creating professional documents such as one-sheets, flyers and informational materials
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Hours of Position: 10 - 15 per week
Position is located off-campus: 3071 Whitney Avenue, near Whitney Village shuttle stop.
