To support a collaborative corporate environment, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Office Coordinator will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and serve as the primary point of communication for employees and external partners, with a hybrid work schedule allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Key responsibilities Coordinate facilities, supplies, vendors, and mail services to ensure smooth office operations Support executive leadership through scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative projects Create a welcoming office environment for employees, visitors, and business partners Required qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in office coordination, office management, or administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in a professional corporate office environment with vendor coordination responsibilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism North Carolina Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain shortly after joining
