A leading residential real estate developer and homebuilder is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad exposure to real estate transactions, land acquisition, development, corporate governance, and homeowners' association matters within a highly active development environment. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and support a diverse portfolio of residential communities throughout the Mountain West. Key Responsibilities Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and governance documentation Draft and review operating agreements, organizational documents, and corporate records Support homeowners' association formation and administration, including governing documents and management company coordination Assist with land acquisition and development transactions Draft and review letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements, and related real estate documents Coordinate transaction closings and legal due diligence efforts Work with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on development-related legal matters Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 2+ years of legal experience in real estate, land development, corporate, transactional, or related practice areas Strong contract drafting and document review skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Direct exposure to executive leadership and business decision-making Diverse mix of real estate, development, and corporate legal work Opportunity to support large-scale residential development projects from acquisition through completion Strong long-term growth potential within a well-established organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
