This position ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies and maintains effective project schedules and resource allocation. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, supervise and coordinate skilled trade teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Assign tasks and monitor performance of trade workers. Project Oversight: Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Oversee project schedules and resource management. Compliance & Quality Control: Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Inspect work performed and enforce corrective measures as needed. Working Conditions: Work in office, shop, and field environments; may require after-hours or emergency response. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift tools and materials; stand, walk, and work in varied conditions. Required Qualifications and Experience Secret clearance required. 5 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline. Demonstrated supervisory and technical expertise in facility O&M or construction trades.
