We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and build independence. Our team provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop meaningful life skills.
We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities include:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
Required
RBT Certification OR completion of the 40-hour RBT training
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Preferred
Experience working with children
Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
