Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order. You will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing patient inquiries and coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care.Additionally, you will handle insurance verification and assist patients in navigating their healthcare options. Regular communication with the clinical team will be essential to streamline patient flow and address any emerging issues.
