Job Summary This role offers a base rate plus commissions, with total potential annual earnings ranging from $52,000 to $210,000. The incumbent will interview and profile customers or prospects to determine investment and insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and make referrals to branch teams or other regional Market Group members. The position involves monitoring client investment performance, meeting regularly with assigned branches, and providing sales ideas, referral opportunities, and insight on the investment climate. Responsibilities 50% – Interview and profile customers or prospects to determine investment and insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and make appropriate referrals to branch or other members of the regional market team. 20% – Develop and execute an individual business plan to meet sales goals and maintain a minimum assigned level of production consistent with individual or team objectives. 15% – Monitor client investment performance and make appropriate recommendations. 10% – Cultivate and foster proactive relationships with staff of assigned branches, holding regular meetings to discuss sales ideas, referral opportunities, results of customer meetings, and promotional campaigns. 5% – Other duties as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 2–3 years of investment and insurance sales experience required. Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of investment and insurance products, as well as applicable securities and insurance rules and regulations. Strong communication and PC skills. Unblemished compliance record. Demonstrated team player and high‑quality service provider. Licenses NASD Series6 and Life License required. Series7 preferred. If not Series7 licensed, the employee will be required to obtain the license within 90 days. Physical Requirements Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers. Stationary 75% of the time or greater. Move objects up to 10 lbs.
