Competitive Compensation + Commission Potential Full-Time Outside Sales Opportunity Strong Growth Potential Within the Organization Family-First Company Culture Autonomy to Build and Grow Your Territory Collaborative Team Environment Mileage/Travel Opportunity Established Customer Base + New Business Development Training and Support Provided Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers within assigned territory Develop and grow territory sales through relationship-building and business development Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions Present products and services to prospective customers Maintain product inventory and customer product needs within assigned accounts Deliver products and samples to customers as needed Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance metrics Cross-sell additional company products when appropriate Compare company products against competitors to demonstrate value Collaborate with internal sales teams to improve sales strategy and territory growth Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity updates Travel throughout the territory and maintain strong customer coverage Qualifications Section – Needed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required Minimum 2+ years of outside sales, territory sales, or foodservice sales experience preferred Experience or strong background in foodservice distribution, Center of the Plate products, or related food industry sales Strong CRM software experience and customer account management background Proven ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales goals Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required Ability to travel extensively and drive long distances Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle product samples/deliveries Strong organizational and reporting skills Interested in hearing more?
