Our culinary program is centered around seasonal, fresh ingredients, creating a nourishing experience for body and soul.
Our Caf Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Caf General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of operations within their caf including, but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, team leadership, inventory management, profit and loss, hospitality, and food safety. This position is considered a developmental role preparing the team member to grow within our brand. This individual must maintain the highest commitment to quality with a demonstrated collaborative approach. The Caf Assistant General is responsible for driving financial success through strong team leadership and active coaching. This is an hourly role. This position is not remote.
