About the Job

Titanium American Trucking is seeking Class A Owner Operators to join our partnership program, offering a 75% revenue split and annual gross potential of $250K–$300K.

Enjoy weekly pay, detention compensation, and a financial safety net with repair support and 24/7 assistance.

We cover major costs including free trailers, HVUT, tags, permits, compliance, and insurance, while providing perks like fuel discounts, on-site shop savings, bonuses, and optional health benefits.

With 24/7 dispatch support, modern terminal amenities, and rider/pet policies, Titanium delivers a driver-first experience. Requirements include 24+ months of Class A CDL experience, age 25+, a DOT-compliant truck, and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.

  • $5,500 - $7,000 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.
  • 75% of load
  • 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
  • Paid fuel surcharge
  • Base plate discounts available
  • Dedicated, LTL
  • No Driver Load/Unload
Home Time
  • 5 - 14 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Home at least 3 weekends per month
Equipment Requirements
  • Max truck age: 15 years
  • No overdimensional trucks allowed
Orientation Details
  • Orientation is not paid for
  • Does not cover accommodation
  • Drivers get their own room
  • No meals are included
  • Does not cover any travel expenses
Hiring Requirements
  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
  • 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
