Anand Financial Advisors (AFA) is expanding into the Dallas/Irving area and looking for one experienced financial advisor ready to go independent and build something of their own. This isn't a book-transfer role and it isn't a referral-fee arrangement. You bring your production history and client relationships; AFA brings the independent platform, the brand, the in-house model portfolios, and the back-office support to launch and run a real office. You build the practice. We build the platform around you. If you're a producer at a bank, wirehouse, or another W2 shop who's hit the ceiling on payout, product shelf, or how you're allowed to run your book, this is the move. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Transition and grow your existing book — move your client relationships onto an independent platform, branded under AFA, with minimal disruption to clients Lead the build-out and day-to-day operation of AFA's new Dallas/Irving area office — you're not joining an established branch, you're standing one up Develop new business in the local market — Dallas, Irving, Arlington, Fort Worth — leveraging AFA's existing HNW/UHNW positioning and your own network Utilize AFA's five in-house model portfolios and investment philosophy as your core platform, while maintaining flexibility for client-specific planning Recruit and develop additional advisors or support staff as the office grows past you Partner directly with AFA's founder on office strategy, target client segments, and eventual equity/leadership structure for the location QUALIFICATIONS Currently producing as a financial advisor (bank platform, wirehouse, or similar W2/captive environment) — minimum 2 years Active Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63), plus applicable life/health insurance licenses Clean U4 — no disclosures that would complicate onboarding Demonstrated production — $5-10M+ in AUM or $100,000+ in Revenue CFP, ChFC, or other planning credential a plus, not required IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS Entrepreneurial — wants ownership and upside, not just a bigger paycheck at the same job Frustrated with captive-platform limits: proprietary product pushes, payout caps, lack of control over how you serve clients Wants to go independent but doesn't want to figure out compliance, technology, and back-office alone Local roots or strong ties to the Dallas / Irving / Arlington/ Forth Worth area Building-minded — thinking in years, not just the next 12 months WHAT AFA OFFERS Industry-leading grid payout Full transition support: licensing, ACAT account transfers, marketing, branding under AFA Access to AFA's proprietary model portfolios and nine-year zero-client-loss retention track record as a selling point to your own clients Real path to office leadership as the location grows, not just a desk #J-18808-Ljbffr
