crispy, crave-worthy chicken and Southern hospitality to Arizona. Want
to lead from the front? This is your shot to grow with a brand that’s
all about real food, real people, and real opportunities.

What To Expect:

· Attitude: Bring the Energy. Own Your Role.

You
show up ready to work — no matter the task. Whether slicing produce or
scrubbing floors, you attack every job with pride, urgency, and a
positive, can-do attitude.

· Aptitude: Work Smart. Stay Ahead

Prep
and porter work isn’t just behind-the-scenes — it’s the foundation of
everything we do. You’re quick to learn systems, follow recipes to the
letter, and you stay two steps ahead so the kitchen never hits a
slowdown.

· Achievement: Prep Right. Clean Tight.

You
know what needs to be prepped and how to do it efficiently, accurately,
and safely. You don’t leave until the store is fully stocked, spotless,
and ready for the day. Excellence is your baseline.

· Attendance: Be Ready. Be Consistent.

We
need team members who are where they’re supposed to be, on time and
ready. One missed shift in prep or porter slows down the entire
restaurant, reliability matters.

· Teamwork: You Keep the Whole Kitchen Moving

You
communicate clearly, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed.
Whether restocking, deep cleaning, or prepping for the day, you know
that when you do your job well, everyone wins.
