Sparks Group has partnered with a mission-driven financial services organization seeking an Operations Experience Associate to support daily operational workflows, member account management, and cross-departmental coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to delivering excellent member and operational support. The Operations Experience Associate will assist with new account processing, maintain and update member accounts, and ensure all operational tasks comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This position supports the broader operations team while contributing to workflow improvements, member experience enhancements, and streamlined internal processes.
Pay Range: Hourly $27.00 to $30.00
