What You'll Get to Do
The Inbox Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for incoming customer quote and project requests. This role is responsible for reviewing requests, gathering basic information, prioritizing based on urgency, and routing opportunities to the appropriate estimator or team.

What We Are Looking For
Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel. Ability to learn new processes and systems through training.
Position Pay Range
$25 - $35 USD
