Job Purpose: To deliver on the mission of Wilco by profitably providing superior customer service.
Job Summary: Be the product knowledge expert and merchandise, stock, sign, and provide customer service, upholding department standards where assigned. Sell products, provide product information, ensure complete bin tagging and signing, and maintain a clean department. Lead the department and collaborate with the store team to enhance the overall department performance.
Reports to: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Supervisors: Staff in assigned department
