Manage academic construction projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction.
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction project management, particularly in academic settings.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables effectively.
