Permanent position onsite with room for accelerated career growth. We are looking for polished professionals with a go‑getter mindset. Responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with borrowers and brokers to originate high quality loan applications. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Reviewing and analyzing loan applications, ensuring accurate, complete information. Navigating complex financial situations to provide the best loan solutions for our customers. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and loan products, including conventional and government loans. Working closely with the processing team to submit loan applications and follow up on their progress. Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues that may arise during the loan process. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years in the mortgage industry; experience in a loan officer role would be nice but not required. Proven experience with conventional and government loans would be nice but not required. Exceptional attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and brokers. Ability to originate high quality loan applications. Strong analytical skills, able to understand and navigate complex financial situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
