This is a part-time position available on Saturday and Sunday only, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options. The Tenant Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily management of housing facilities, including managing access control for tenants, guests, and visitors to the facility. Additionally, the TSS position serves as a critical role being the connection point between program staff and building residents. The TSS position will be expected to communicate program offerings as well as community expectations to tenants, as needed. This is a month contract to hire position with an hourly payrate of $16 in South Charlotte, NC.
