Responsibilities Oversee and review quarterly/periodic tax filings by third-party vendor, ADP Track federal, state, and local tax legislation to ensure systems like Workday or ADP are updated Federal, state, and local payroll tax reconciliations and review annual payroll tax filings Process W-2 amendments and corrections in both Workday and ADP Manage state withholding and unemployment tax accounts Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll Creation and maintenance of payroll SOPs Requirements 3-5 years in payroll processing and quarterly/period tax filing review Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Workday Payroll, HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking a plus Experience with ADP Smart Compliance a plus Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
