Make a Lasting Impact as a Behavioral Technician in Addiction Recovery
Schedule: 2pm-8pm three days per week; 2pm-7pm one day per week (three days off per week)
Join a mission-driven outpatient program where youll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient) youll be an essential part of a compassionate care team helping clients build stability and strength through structure education and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Key Responsibilities


  • Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure
  • Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours
  • Assist with client transportation to and from services
  • Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems
  • Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
  • Respond appropriately to client needs including crisis situations


Requirements Skills Knowledge and Expertise


HS Diploma GED/HISET (preferred)
Valid unrestricted drivers license required

Youll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You:
  • Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E drivers license within 60 days of hire
  • Are comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the job
