Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and support residents within a skilled nursing environment while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Pay Rate: $33.48 - $39.06 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Active LPN License

Wednesday & Thursday schedule
State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Skilled nursing assignment
