About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their Vestcom business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and vision to the operations and customer experience teams, with a strong focus on driving excellence in on-time delivery of high-quality products. This role also involves supporting a culture of safety and employee engagement, representing various functions on the leadership team, and being accountable for the long-term capabilities and performance of the operations organization. Key areas of responsibility include meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals, implementing world-class practices, maintaining a focus on environmental, health, and safety, and supporting innovation through technology and culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years of operations experience, including site management and management of multi-functional initiatives. A four-year college degree in business administration or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in P&L management, planning, and forecasting, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. The role demands a leader who can motivate and inspire a workforce, demonstrate solid planning and project management skills, and lead through the company's values. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is also necessary.
