Experience with prosecution, transactional, and litigation matters. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. state. Skills Strong client management and business development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
