Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, exams, and periodontal treatments to ensure optimal patient oral health.

Patient Advocacy: Provide compassionate care and personalized education to patients regarding hygiene techniques and post-treatment maintenance.

Collaborative Support: Embrace a "chip-in" culture by assisting with clinical cleanup and light front-desk duties when the schedule allows.

Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering to all clinical protocols to protect both the team and our patients.

Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Connecticut.

Team Mindset: Proven ability to work as a "team player" who is willing to help in various areas of the office as needed.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on gentle, patient-centered care.

Versatility: Experience or willingness to handle light administrative/front-desk tasks and clinical cleanup.

Working Hours

Part-time.

Structure: A 2-day split schedule shared with our current hygienist. Specific days and hours are flexible and will be finalized during the interview process.
