Role Description The Store Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Portsmouth, NH. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Xfinity brand standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, coaching team members on product knowledge and selling techniques, and maintaining a customer‑focused environment that supports satisfaction and repeat business. Day‑to‑day tasks include leading by example on the sales floor, resolving customer issues, tracking inventory, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and reporting on store performance and KPIs. The Store Manager also recruits, trains, and develops associates, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace that supports growth and accountability. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Effective interpersonal capabilities, including clear Communication and coaching abilities. Proven Store Management experience, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including inventory control and shrink reduction. Experience in retail or telecommunications; Xfinity or similar products experience is a plus. Ability to meet sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement plans. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site retail environment and adapting to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business or related fields is beneficial.
