Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and oral cancer screenings.
Take and interpret diagnostic dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans.
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state licensure.
Perform periodontal charting and assessments, and provide appropriate periodontal therapy.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within Dentrix software.
Adhere strictly to all infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care.
Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience with a superior chairside manner.

Licensed dental hygienist
Active and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Missouri.
Minimum of 2 years of prior hands-on dental hygiene experience.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a superior chairside manner.
Proficiency with Dentrix dental software.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Experience with specific state-of-the-art dental technologies used in our practice.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning new techniques.
