Conflicts Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to support the firm's conflicts department from one of several U.S. office locations, including Century City, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. Candidates must be able to work within the Mountain or Eastern Time Zones.
In this role, the Conflicts Coordinator will oversee the daily workflow of the conflicts checking process, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service for internal clients. Responsibilities include monitoring shared inboxes and incoming requests, assigning and prioritizing work, tracking requests through completion, communicating with attorneys and legal staff regarding conflicts inquiries, and serving as a resource for Conflicts Analysts. The coordinator will also help improve departmental processes, ensure compliance with firm protocols, monitor special projects, resolve and escalate conflicts issues as needed, and maintain the accuracy and consistency of conflicts reports.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of conflicts experience in a large multinational law firm. Extensive knowledge of legal conflicts rules and ethics, strong analytical and organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office and legal conflicts software such as Intapp, Aderant, or Dunn & Bradstreet is preferred.
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and other operational considerations.
