Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Incident Management will architect business continuity across critical lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety Transition from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to promote continuous learning Required qualifications 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years of management experience Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday Solid grasp of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
