About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Lending to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to enhance the performance of the loan portfolio. This includes product development, business development, and market analysis to identify new opportunities. The VP of Lending will also oversee collections and report on the loan portfolio's performance to the board of directors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer, indirect, and mortgage lending, with a focus on driving the company's mission to improve the financial well-being of its members and the communities it serves. Applicants for the Vice President of Lending position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of management experience in leading lending operations, preferably within a credit union or similar financial institution. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic vision development and execution, as well as strong analytical skills.
