Universal Teller

Universal Teller (Full-time) Hanover Park Location

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is interested in exploring a career in banking. The Universal Teller provides personalized banking services by performing all teller functions as well as those of a personal banker while maintaining friendly and positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities Include: Operate a teller drawer to assist customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive up. Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls and route calls appropriately. Cross-sell products and services aligning with customer needs. Onboard customers in accordance with the banks program. Assist personal bankers with account opening and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum six months of experience in cash handling and minimum one year in a customer contact/sales position or equivalent preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be available to work all shifts (including Saturdays).
