Titan is a new upscale casual Northern Mexican restaurant concept that opened earlier this summer helmed by the teams behind Celestine and Grand Army as well as Ivy Mix (founder of Speed Rack, partner at Whoopsie Daisy, and formerly of Leyenda) and Chef Alan Delgado of Los Burritos Juarez. We are seeking a Service Manager with a minimum of 2 years NYC experience to join our team. We hope to find candidates with the empathy, talent, passion, and the focus necessary to execute at the highest level while still offering warm meticulous service in a beautiful environment.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, guest-focused food service while exhibiting a passion for food and wine. Candidates should excel at providing excellent service and hospitality while maintaining staff morale in an already well-established system. Our service is inviting and unpretentious, and we work hard to create an equitable, supportive environment for our team.
