Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD
The Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage 4-6 concurrent construction projects on a federal campus
- Oversee on-site superintendents to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Serve as a key point of communication between the job site and executive leadership
- Conduct site walks and support project planning with accurate field insights
- Review project budgets, estimates, and cost breakdowns to ensure alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams and HQ to provide updates and project feedback
- Work closely with an existing Senior PM to maintain seamless campus operations
- Utilize project management tools such as Procore, ProjectTeam, or MS Project

A successful Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD should have:
- 4-5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project sizes ranging from $300K-$5M
- Background in federal, healthcare, or IDIQ/JOC contracting strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working on-site full-time (95-100%)
- Familiarity with construction management software tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. Citizenship required
