The Assistant Practice Manager serves as the on-site operational leader for the hospital, partnering closely with the Senior Practice Manager, who provides strategic oversight remotely. This role is responsible for ensuring the hospital operates efficiently each day, maintaining a positive client and team experience, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes ownership of daily operations without requiring constant direction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, is comfortable working independently, and understands that success comes from taking initiative, creating solutions, and maintaining open communication with remote leadership. While the Senior Practice Manager provides guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction, the Assistant Practice Manager is expected to confidently lead the hospital's daily operations and create a positive experience for both clients and team members.
