The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking energetic, safety-focused team members to help launch and operate our brand-new Sky Trail ropes course and pavilion. This is more than a seasonal job it's an opportunity to be part of a premier adventure attraction designed to build confidence, create unforgettable memories, and serve families from across our region. As a Sky Trail Event Lead you will play a critical role in delivering an experience that is thrilling, welcoming, and above all, safe.
In this role, you will support the YMCA mission by creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience at Sky Trail events and parties! Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, you will:
This is a guest-facing role requiring friendly, attentive service while accommodating needs such as allergies and dietary restrictions. Strong organization, communication, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are key. If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00/hour
