Greenwood Village, CO
The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing owns the buyer journey from first touch to close, building automated, data-driven campaigns that nurture prospects and drive lead-to-sale conversion. This role partners closely with digital, sales, performance marketing, and analytics to turn every stage of the funnel into a measurable, optimized experience. Hybrid position 3 days in the office 2 days remote.

Compensation
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
