As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Tysons Corner, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL or Wilmington, DE.

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, within Credit Card Marketing Strategy, you'll help shape how we use data to find the right customers, design smarter campaigns, and fuel portfolio growth. You'll partner across teams to optimize campaigns, uncover insights, and test new ideas all while learning from some of the best in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing analytics for credit card acquisition campaigns, ensuring we reach the right customers with the right offers.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Risk to translate data into actionable strategies
- Measure and optimize campaign performance identifying opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
- Explore new data sources, customer signals, and tools to help us stay at the cutting edge of personalization and targeting.
- Share insights with senior leaders and help influence decision-making at one of the fastest-growing areas of the bank.
Preferred skills & experience:
- 24 years of analytical experience in marketing, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data-driven role.
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, SAS, Python, or similar) with the ability to analyze and present large datasets clearly.
- A strong mix of analytical skills and marketing curiosity you love digging into data and thinking about customer behavior.
- Collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas in cross-functional settings.
- Prior experience in Financial Services is a plus.
