Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service and create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional assistance. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Resolve routine customer concerns efficiently and courteously. Build positive customer relationships through outstanding service. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities. Support customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Follow company customer service standards and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
