Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. It offers a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Conveniently located between I‑20 (Exit 61) and I‑26 (Exit 110) in West Columbia, SC, the team of 300+ employees describes the work environment as a “family atmosphere,” “supportive leadership,” and “life‑changing.” This is a Per‑Diem (PRN) position. Job Summary Provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adolescent and/or adult psychiatric patient population and their families, spouses, or significant others. Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy, and ensure the delivery of quality treatment to psychiatric patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective working relationships with NARC, Admissions, the Business Office, Physicians, and Nursing staff. Conduct psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members. Provide group and family process‑oriented therapies as well as conduct educational and other didactic groups for patients and family members using various professional treatment modalities. Strongly prefer one year of experience. LMSW, LISW in South Carolina preferred.
