Position: CSW Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Central/West Region

Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor:

• Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility
• A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies
• Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets
• Reports to the Commercial Stormwater West Regions Stormwater Compliance Manager
• Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians
• Basic computer knowledge
• Some overnight travel is required

What were looking for:

• GED or High School Diploma
• 5 years of relatedexperiencewith successful development and management of fieldprojects and supervising staff.
• Willingness to Travel
• Able to perform manual labor.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds work in confined spaces and work under inclement weather conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid drivers license safe driving history and reliable transportationare required.
• Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
