Plans, organizes, directs and controls all operations within the service area of the station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective station operation.

Minimum Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational and communications skills. Basic PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Office software. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
Job Conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
Pay: $61833 - $98934 annually
Additional Details: Anticipated Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 2 pm (hours and day will vary based on operational needs)
