Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant: a full-service dining experience built on the principles of Heirloom Hospitality. Every dish on our menu comes from a real family recipe, surfaced through a citywide competition and accompanying TV series. The food here means something. So does the team that serves it.
Our Hosts are also known as Guest Ambassadors because that's the job. You're the first face guests see and the last impression they leave with. If the Experience Enhancers are the heart of service, you're the front door — and at Recipe Philly, that matters.

Guest Ambassadors earn an hourly rate based on experience plus a share of the tip pool. This is a part-time role, with most shifts running 5 hours.
