About the Position

HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS – WE KEEP YOU ROLLING!
We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team Drivers.

  • Pay: Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID
    • Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID
  • Mileage: Most teams average 5,000–5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)
    • Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week
  • Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split
  • Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days
  • What We Offer:
    • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Per Driver)
    • $2,500 Referral Bonus
    • Quarterly Safety Bonus for safe driving
    • Company-Paid Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance
      • $0 out of pocket weekly!
      • No deductible
  • Paid Time Off:
      • Earn 2.31 hours weekly (equals 3 weeks per year)
      • Starts Day of Hire
  • 11 Paid Holidays (Starts Day of Hire)
  • Extra Pay:
    • Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)
    • Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops
    • Breakdowns & weather delays covered
    • Orientation pay: $500
  • Bonuses: Clean DOT inspections, driver recognition programs
  • Per Diem offered
  • Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic
  • Technology: E-logs, Omnitracs, Best Pass/PrePass
  • 100% No-touch freight
  • Pet-friendly
  • Weekly direct deposit pay
  • 401K with up to 6% match

Requirements:

  • Must be 24 years of age
  • Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
  • Must have a Clean MVR and Background
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
