About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Commercial Precision Medicine and Companion Diagnostics. This leadership role is pivotal in defining, developing, and executing the global commercial precision medicine strategy across the company's portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that companion diagnostics, biomarker strategies, and patient identification solutions are fully integrated into therapeutic development and commercialization, with the ultimate goal of maximizing patient access and successful product launches. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including diagnostic partners, and requires a passion for leading cross-functional collaboration and building new commercial capabilities. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced scientific degree or MBA, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on precision medicine, companion diagnostics, and oncology commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing global precision medicine and companion diagnostic strategies, as well as strong leadership skills to influence and align with senior stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a passion for improving outcomes for cancer patients are essential. The role also requires the ability to drive innovation in global precision medicine and to establish and lead strategic partnerships with diagnostic companies and other external stakeholders.
