About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for the Southeast Market to take on a pivotal role in leading and expanding its technology and digital services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of a significant portfolio, with a strong focus on market growth, client relationships, and overall business performance. This leadership position demands a strategic approach to defining and executing a market-level growth strategy, with an emphasis on building a balanced mix of mid-market and enterprise clients. The Vice President will also be tasked with personally owning and growing key strategic accounts, as well as fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture within the local team. Applicants for the Vice President role must have a proven track record in leading a services business with full P&L ownership, particularly in the areas of software engineering, digital services, or management consulting. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Experience in operating as a regional or market leader, rather than solely as a seller or delivery executive, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, with a focus on technology-enabled services, and a solid understanding of financial management, including forecasting and business planning. The role also involves building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, shaping complex business pursuits, and driving a disciplined operating cadence across the market.
