Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale is hiring a dependable energetic and organized Front Desk Wellness Specialist.

This is more than a receptionist position. You will create an exceptional patient experience keep the office running smoothly and support patients as they work toward their health goals. We are looking for someone who takes ownership communicates confidently follows through and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check patients in and out.
  
  
• Answer calls texts and patient questions professionally.
  
  
• Schedule appointments and help patients stay consistent with care.
  
  
• Collect payments enter charges and explain office payment options.
  
  
• Review paperwork and maintain accurate patient information.
  
  
• Communicate clearly with patients doctors and team members.
  
  
• Follow established systems scripts and office procedures.
  
  
• Assist with patient follow-up reactivation referrals workshops and wellness promotions.
  
  
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front office.
  
  
• Support the team wherever needed.
