What We're Looking For :
We are seeking a highly motivated, upbeat, and hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our daily guest experience and support overall shop operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, embraces responsibility, and enjoys coaching and developing a team. You will work closely with ownership and leadership to ensure exceptional hospitality, smooth operations, and a positive workplace culture while helping drive sales and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Operations
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects our values and community spirit.
• Manage daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures. Act as the primary contact for guest concerns, catering inquiries, and special

orders.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the shop.
• Ensure all food safety, health, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Team Leadership Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure duties are completed.
• Support scheduling and labor management efforts.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
• Administrative & Business Support Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Support the rollout of promotions, seasonal offerings, and new products.
• Help communicate company initiatives and updates to the team.
• Support general maintenance and coordination of store repairs when needed. What

You Bring Required Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality leadership experience.

• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
