To support a growing virtual outpatient clinical practice, a part-time Nevada Licensed Therapist for Older Adults will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Nevada Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
